Thank you for shopping with Als Trader Ghana. We strive to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns:

  1. You may request a return within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please contact our customer support team at [email protected] to initiate the return process.
  2. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  3. Please include a copy of the original invoice or proof of purchase with your return.

Refunds:

  1. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
  2. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7-15 Working Days.
  3. Please note that the refund amount will exclude any shipping fees or additional charges incurred during the original purchase.

Exchanges:

  1. Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return as per the above guidelines and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  1. In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a return or replacement, depending on the situation.
  2. Please provide detailed information and supporting evidence (such as photographs) of the damaged or defective item.

Non-Returnable Items:

  1. Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. These include but are not limited to personal care products, intimate apparel, and perishable goods.
  2. Custom-made or personalized items are also non-returnable, unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
